Build time comes first
Every PC is built to order and stress-tested for 8 hours before it goes anywhere. Typical build-and-test time is 5–10 working days from order, depending on parts availability. I'll confirm a realistic timeline by email shortly after you order, and tell you immediately if a part delay changes it.
Collection from the workshop
Collection from Dollar, Clackmannanshire is free: I'll power the machine on with you, walk through its test results, and answer anything on the spot. Home workshop - collection and drop-off by appointment.
Machines are handed over in person at the moment, so everything is collection and drop-off rather than courier. UK-wide delivery returns alongside card payment.
Repairs and servicing
Repair and servicing work is drop-off and collection by appointment. If you can't transport a machine, ask about local pickup when you book - it can usually be arranged nearby for a small fee.
