What you're getting
Gold is the same treatment a new build gets on my bench, applied to a machine you already own. It's for someone about to sell a PC, hand one down to a younger sibling, or who simply wants everything possible done in one go and the paperwork to show for it.
Everything in Silver, plus: a full stress-test suite putting the processor and graphics card under sustained load to find the instability a five-minute test never will, fan curves tuned by ear and by software to this specific machine rather than left on the motherboard defaults, and a proper cable tidy inside the case - which is partly for looks and mostly for airflow.
You get a written benchmark and thermal report: real frame rates, real temperatures, real noise, before and after. Then a free follow-up check 30 days later to confirm it's all held. Priority turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Anything that turns out to need parts is quoted separately and agreed first.
